A very strong and spiritual town, many hollows thriving here for a chance to devour a soul. Soul Reapers meeting here to vanquish hollows, only for stronger ones to show up and do battle and so on and so forth. A viscous cycle of fighting has broken out and corrupted the peace here for a while.

Kagamino is a massive police-state like country of unknown size in Japan in the Human World. It is situated 22Km east of Karakura Town. At this time, there are no hollows in the city except for the minor few whom sneak in. It is surrounded by a giant wall of energy that looks normal to humans, but is actually hazardous to spirits. It is surrounded by a sphere of anti-spiritual energy. But it is not a perfect defense system.

The Kyōgoku (叫谷, Valley of Screams) is a dimension that forms in between the Human World and the Soul Society, stemmed from the Dangai Precipice World. The Valley of Screams have recently went through a few changes, that shook the very foundation of the different realms. The Valley of Screams is now home to the Bounto and their growing empire. It is now far more spiritually rich, with an even greater number of Blanks and Shinenju.

The Dangai was originally both a penal colony and a passage to the Human World. The Kōryū (拘流, Wresting Flow) and the Kōtotsu (拘突, Wresting-Surge) are remnants of its time as a penal colony, they also act as means of defence against unwanted intruders. The Dangai is an isolated space which is surrounded by numerous stacked-up layers of time's current, resulting in it being a place where the density of time within it is extremely high when compared to other exterior dimensions. To be precise it is over 2,000 times denser, meaning that when one hour passes in outside worlds, an equivalent of 2,000 hours pass inside the Dangai. The Kōtotsu exists to stop anyone from lingering in the Dangai and possibly exploiting this time distortion.

The North Squadron is home to the White Way gate and rather close to the famous place of execution, the Sokyoku Hill. The North squadron is home to the ruins of at least four divisions.

Here in the East Squadron the Blue Stream gate is located, now manned by the wretched Arrancar. Here in the East Squadron lies at least four destroyed or ruined divisions of the once dominant Gotei 13. The Arrival and Departure gate are located here as well.

The South Squadron like everywhere else was left in ruins, due to the great war and invasion of the Seireitei. The 10th and 13th Divisions were located in this area.
